Returns Policy

All merchandise is carefully inspected before it is shipped to you to ensure the highest quality possible. To report items damaged during transport, please call Geoffrey Mills at 1-888-723-4559 and have your order number handy. We will take it from there.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of sale.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number printed on the outside of the shipping box. Please email Geoffrey Mills to receive your number Returns@GeoffreyMills.com. We can only accept returns of unused merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We encourage you to send your return with insurance and a delivery confirmation/tracking number for your protection. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned merchandise once we receive the package and the items are inspected. Additional adjustments might be made for any coupons or other discounts that were used, but no longer apply. Credits will be issued for merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before returning any merchandise, please contact us by sending an email including your order number to Returns@GeoffreyMills.com to receive detailed mailing instructions.

Please note - all exchanges are treated as a return and a new order.


Shipping

We ship to the addresses in the United States. If you have a PO Box, please include both the PO Box and your physical address.

Ordering a gift and want to keep it a secret? Consider having the package sent to your workplace.

Orders ship within one to two business days after we receive them. We ship with USPS Priority, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. Heavy packages to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will ship with USPS Parcel Post.

Orders shipped to the continental USA are charged an $8.95 flat shipping fee. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are charged a flat $14.95 - restrictions apply.
